Send the product
From 3D Assets, choose Custivo Studio. Add each product with photos from the front, back, sides and top, its dimensions, and notes on materials and finishes.

Accept the quote
Our team quotes each product and you get an e-mail. Accept and pay once by card, or decline. Nothing is charged before you accept.

Receive the model
The finished GLB arrives in your 3D Assets. Build the scene, publish it to the product page, and it is live in 3D, AR or try-on.

What to expect, stated plainly
- You receive a GLB model, not a finished scene. Building the scene takes a few minutes in the editor.
- Quotes are typically ready within a business day and models take a few business days, depending on the product. These are typical times, not a guarantee.
- Payment is by card on custivo.com. If your subscription is billed through Shopify, ikas, Wix or Salla, you accept the quote in a normal browser tab rather than inside the app.
Custivo Studio is available on every plan and needs no credits: each product is quoted and paid on its own. If you own an iPhone Pro, the Custivo app can also scan matte, rigid products with LiDAR, using the scans your plan includes.
