Q: Does add-to-cart carry what the shopper chose?

Yes. Configured and customized products are added to the Shopify cart with every option they chose attached.

Q: Where exactly does the Custivo button appear on my product page?

Wherever you drag it. In the theme editor you place the Custivo block yourself, and its alignment and spacing are settings on the block. If you would rather not touch the template at all, switch on the Custivo app embed and the widget places itself beside your add-to-cart form.

Q: Can I see which products the 3D is actually selling?

Yes, and in more detail than on any other platform. Our Shopify pixel and order webhooks connect views, try-ons and adds to cart with checkouts started, purchases completed and the revenue behind them. That is how you tell a scene that sells from a decorative one.

Q: Will it slow my store down?

No. The widget only starts up once your page has loaded, and 3D files are compressed and downloaded only when a shopper opens the experience. Your product page's own load time is untouched.

Q: How does the free trial work?

The Custivo block goes anywhere in your product page's section list: above the description, under the add-to-cart button, wherever it sells best. Alignment and vertical spacing are settings on the block itself.

Or let it find its own place

Skip the block entirely and switch on the Custivo app embed instead: the widget finds your add-to-cart form and sits right beneath it, without you opening the theme editor at all.
